Refund policy

We hope you are positive about your purchase or gift, however we understand on occasion you may wish to return or exchange an item. Your item can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in the original packaging.

Should you prefer a refund, the refund will be made on the original card or payment system that was used for the original purchase. We are not able to refund any postage charges, and we will need to charge for sending any exchange items by post.


HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING ?


You can return an item as long as you have your receipt or delivery note.


Please send your return by post.


Please let us know whether you require an exchange or refund, please add a daytime telephone number and email address in case we need to contact you about the return.


If you no longer have a packing slip, please enclose a letter giving your name, address, email and daytime telephone number in case we need to discuss the return with you.

Items are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend that you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office. We are responsible for any returned item once it has been received at our offices. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.


WHAT IF AN ITEM IS FAULTY?


We take great care to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and we are very disappointed on the rare occasion that our customer receives faulty goods. If you have discovered a fault within 10 days of purchase please call 0203 105 0522 to discuss.


Should you need to return an item, we will refund any standard second class postage on the faulty item.

 

 

HOW DO I ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE?


If the product you require is still available we will exchange it for you, (postage charged at second class delivery). If the new item you require costs less than the original, we will refund you the difference. If it costs more, we will need to take an additional payment from you in addition to payment for delivery, before we can send the item.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM RECEIVED AS A GIFT?


An item received as a gift can be exchanged. An email will be sent to the original purchaser advising of the exchange. Refunds can be made to the original credit or debit card on which the gift was purchased.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DEAL WITH MY RETURN?


Once your parcel is received by us, we will work a quickly as possible to resolve your query.  It can take up to 10 days to fulfil your request.
